The Rum Do
Ingredients:

45 ml Sir Ranulph Fiennes’ Great British Rum

90 ml Tomato Juice
-
15 ml Lemon Juice
-
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
-
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
-
1 dash Salt
-
1 dash Pepper
-
Celery Stalk
How to make:
-
Add dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper into highball glass.

Pour all ingredients into highball with ice cubes.

Stir gently. Garnish with celery stalk.

The Icebreaker Mojito
Ingredients:
​
-
50ml Sir Ranulph Fiennes’ Great British Rum
-
5 mint leaves
-
1 mint sprig
-
3 wedges of lime
-
25ml sugar syrup
-
Top up of Soda Water
How to make:
​
-
Crush the mint leaves and layer the bottom of the glass
​
-
Chop the limes and chuck them in
​
-
Add sugar syrup
​
-
Muddle the mixture
​
-
Fill 3/4ths with crushed ice
​
-
Pour in rum and top up with soda water
​
-
Stir well, top with crushed ice and mint sprig

The Jolly Roger
Ingredients:

50ml Sir Ranulph Fiennes’ Great British Rum
-
125ml Cola
-
1 wedge of lime
How to make:
​
-
Fill a tall glass with ice
​
-
Pour 50ml of Rum and 125ml cola into the glass
​
-
Garnish with a wedge of lime
​
-
Always 2 1/2 parts cola to 1 rum
